40 years of Porsche turbo plus 35 years of 924 turbo

So I assume there is some celebration of 40 years of Porsche turbo at this weekends event. But any plans for celebrating 35 years of the 924 turbo given it was Porsches second foray into production turbo and given 931 model code, just one digit off the 'holy grail' 930?

I know, but if you don't ask, you don't get. It was a little tongue in cheek as its all about the 911 turbo after all

My first Porsche was a 924 Turbo but I won't be celebrating it - other than its demise! [:D]

Regards,

Clive

What an event. One of, if not the best Porsche day I have attended. Bravo!

Given the number of 924 photos in the souvenir program. Given the number of 924's, 924 turbo's and a Carrera GT and GTS on site, it was a real shame that the 35th anniversary of the 924 turbo wasn't acknowledged officially during the day. May be one day
