5th June at the OPC

The next meeting on June the 5th, we are invited to hold our meeting at the Sutton Coldfield OPC with new Dealer Principal, Alan Westwood. These evenings are always a hit with Members, no hard sell but a common interest to enjoy our company, usually with a few surprises thrown in. Do come along, from 7.30pm onwards.

really enjoyed this evening, many thanks to John Lord and all the staff at OPC Sutton coldfield....greatgrub [8D]


thought they had heard me coming as soon aftr i arrived a posh RAC van arrived and parked near me..such service i hadn't event phoned them [:D].

seems they were there to tell us about the RAC service you get with your Porsche warrenty............seems my 914 is too old [&o]. but, they were kind anough to let me have a goodie bag anyway containing a sports drinks bottle, some golf balls and hand towel and a small torch [8D]
 
Nice meeting everyone this evening, I arrived a little later than expected due to unforeseen circumstances.
I also forgot my driving license for the test drives [:'(]

Helen, it was one of the same guys that the 997 register and some West Mids members met at the RAC centre a couple of weeks ago.
They mentioned that you can actually buy the Porsche assist service as part of a RAC package, ask them next time...( I will ask Simon for you anyway)

Some great posters to be had, they also had some spares for older cars on a deal price...

Soft drinks only [:'(] ah well!
