Hi Guys

Thinking of changing my 968 for a 964. The question is I'm 6ft 3 will I fit and be comfortable?

Thanks

Rich

Fit yes comfortable mmmmmm!

My mate is 6.5 and he struggles in passenger seat. I think it's possible to adjust the seat rails to the floor to move the seat back further but without looking I can't be 100% certain. Probably best you go to a garage or a pcgb club night and see if someone will let you try. I think any aircooled 911 would be a good guide

I am 6'1" and fit no problem with seat not fully back. There is a little more leg room on drivers side. You must obviously try before you buy, Happy hunting!

What is the pedal set like in the 964? I know some ppl with really big feet can struggle in old 911's I don't know if this was improved on the 964. I guess it depends of course if one is really tall and also has correspondingly big feet.

I,m 6 foot 5, and nearly 65 years of age. I have no problem getting in, or driving although the seat is right back.
Getting out is the problem, but thats an age thing.
I often drive the car on long jourmeys, we have just recently been to Kings Lynn in Norfolk.
Round trip of close on 425 miles. Got 31mpg, which supprised me.
I drive in light trainers, they are quite narrow and make for easy pedal movements.

Hi, I am 6ft 2 1/2" and I carried out the following:-
Club Sport steering wheel with a 2" solid spacer between the wheel and the hub, removed the footrest next to the clutch pedal, unbolted the drivers seat and re-bolted onto the rearmost captive fixings. This gave me plenty of legroom and space around the pedals, I also tend to drive in narrow width trainers. Hope this helps, Les.
