Me again.........ive now owned my 2.2t for a couple of months and its time to tackle a few of those little minor jobs that need doing now that the weather is a bit more user friendly !!

Ive already got the luggage compartment lights working by simply changing the blown 8 amp fuse !!.....does anything else run of this fuse (top fuse in the fuse box).

Next on the list is the clock and interior lights, the left light only works in the permantly on position and the other side not at all, both bulbs are fine.......any tips on where to start with these ?!?!

Does anyone know where i can get the paper insert that sits in the fuse box cover to indentify what fuse does what ?

Finally, for the time being !!, both the door windows are extremly stiff and only wind down a couple of inches....any advice on where to start with fixing these ?

Thanks
Gary S.

number one fuse keeps blowing when i try and put the interior lights on ??.....it dosent blow when the luggage compartments lights come on ???

For the windows, you would do well to buy a secondhand copy of the Haynes manual from Amazon. It contains guidance on the doors and winder mechanism.
It is quite easy to remove the door cards and once these are off, you will see a series of Wurth cap head screws - these need to be slacked off and retightened in a specific order - and that is in the Haynes manual. Lubrication to the mechanism will help as well.
