There weren't any 2019 PDK cars? It was only available as an option from late 2020.
Asking prices are all over the place at the moment, much like the rest of the car market. I had to get a valuation on my high spec early 2020 manual car with 7.5k miles recently. My OPC valued it at 2-3k less than the OTR price for replacement purposes. I would guess with half the miles it would have been around list price. Very low miles cars are the only ones that can command a price over list at the minute in my opinion.
