'82 SC in a dusty pile in a garage

just come accross a 1982 SC covered in dust in a garage. LHD converted to RHD! but clocks show only 81.000km. VINplate says C generation'82 SC and motor is a very oil-tight 930/10 with 11 blade fan.
Thinking about a potential backdating project, if it's not unspeakable to suggest. No sunroof too!
Where might I find the engine number?
Car looks in great condition and I'm a sucker for a car in need...
 
Hi the engine no is just below the fan housing on the right hand side of the engine case and just up from the bottom pully. regards Berny.
