'91 Cup for sale in Sweden

Somebody needs to bite his hand off!! Raced against mine, that should add to the value....[;)]

And if you need it transported back to the UK, you know where to go![:)]

Err ? They look cool?[&:]

[:D] easy to turn back to orginal, and think of the cones you store on them for customers!! [:D]

Drivers seat and steering wheel issue, and wheel issue --- and colour change ? and ... still a great looking car for £35k ??

Cx.

Some on Rennlist who is far too observant reckons the 'no crashes' claim might be stretching the truth a little. Look at the transition between the rear quarter and the engine lid frame... the left side is original, the right side looks 'smoothed'...

It wouldn't surprise me if being a race car it hasn't had a couple of new panels here and there. So, what kind of money should this go for. $50,000 seems low but it hasn't hit reached his reserve. Any guesses?

The original seat has been swapped to passenger side. Cups only came with 1. Wheels were all changed to drivers preferred one.

Mine was OE C2

There are no virgins.............

Mine was pretty tight though.

It has been for sale on mobile.de for months likewise the red one in the states($60K).

... I don´t have to tell you anoraks that this car is not original in many aspects. And yes, for sure it has had its crashes. Neither Oberndorfer nor Pacher drove in girlie style. Depends on how bad the crashes were and how they were fixed.

And: What about numbers? Cup engines were special, the Wagenpaß (enlarge the pic twice!) shows the engine number. Where is the pic, that proves the engine is original? That can (and will) make a big difference in driving and value....

...could be continued.

Don´t buy what you haven´t seen, driven and checked. It can be a great car, but I doubt it.

Not long ago a Cup car was offered over here, the ad showed a great car. It was just a rundown Cup shell with a mixture of C 2 parts and every piece of sh**, that was in the bin.

There are no virgins.............

I think there´s one in Germany, I talked to the owner in Essen.

But in general, absolutely no virgins out there.

Didn´t we all learn to ride on used bicycles?[;)]

I forgot to see or drive my bicycle but did get the nos. checked and inspected before purchase.

....and you had speedservice. Different story, mate

As time passes these types of analysis on cars for sale will get more and more interesting. I guess the history file is pretty good, as a result the origin of the car is probably pretty good. Like said, I guess then it starts coming down to how original it is, and if any damaage how well repaired. Confirmation of matching numbers (inc.shell?) sounds quite important. I'm guessing it will go for more than £35k, if indeed it does go at all.
