Hi Guys,

I'm Jamie,

just joined the Porsche owners club great Britain at Goodwood over the weekend heard a lot of good things about the club,

my car is 2004 54 plated 911 turbo manual cabriolet, silver with contrasting blue hood and leather, only covered 43,000 miles

don't suppose any one knows the fitment for a genuine set of 19"bbs le mans alloys ? or a recommended place to buy them have been quoted £3150 less tyres

from r-tec auto design in Essex,

look forward to talking to you soon all the best

Jamie!

A fine looking Turbo you have there. The Turbo II wheels you have are:
F- 8Jx18 - RO 50
R - 11x18 - RO 45
If you get the same widths and offsets in a 19" wheel they will fit fine, but you'll need to get tyres which give you the same circumference as the 225/40 18 fronts and 295/30 18 rears.

Some say that 19's spoil the ride on the 996, but others say they are OK. I'm in the 'keep it standard' camp myself.

Im running 19" BBS LM's 8.5X19 front and 11.5X19 rear ET50 all round.
Justnow i am running a 7mm front spacer and 15mm rear giving ET43 front and ET 35 rear which has the wheels almost sitting flush with the body.
