911 Carrera Driving Experience

As is the norm for soon to be new owners of 997 cars, I am to undertake a 911 Carrera Driving Experience; the event is to take place commencing at 9 am on 14 March at Flitwick Manor. My nominated 'Driving Consultant' is to be Mike Dumville; he is not a gentleman that I am familiar with. Therefore, does anyone know his background - and has anybody had an 'Experience' with him?

My event is scheduled on 24th March - have you had some more paperwork recently? I haven't received anything since I had the original details a few months ago.

I presume they provide a C4S for us to 'enjoy', rather than using our own cars? (My car will be barely run-in by the time I'm scheduled to attend).

My letter was dated 21 Feb for an Experience on 14 Mar. If you want to contact them try one of the following:

drivingexperience@porscheevents.co.uk

or

08704130911

They provide cars - although I understand that you can use your own, if you want! My car won't have been collected by the date of my Experience - so I'll be using their car!

I live close to Flitwick manor and frequently see people out on their driving experiences. It looks great fun and I'm very jealous. Not only do you get to drive around some great country roads around Woburn but I think you get to drive around Millbrook which is something I'd love to do.

I was filling up my Porsche at Flitwick Tescos recently after one of the demo cars had just filled up on the 99ron and I got to have a chat with the instructor - Dessie Nutt no less.
