Great Photos, i think the 993 Turbo(600bhp?) is Gordons knockhill arch rival is it not?, we met at the Sherbrook, apologies as i cannot recall his name.

The morning session was really wet and was a bit like the "Wacky Races", my car was all over the place(Silver C4S) and i left Knockhill with my tail between my legs.

lol, nothing unusual there, the old ham and egg makes you work hard to get passed, lol

the thing is though, its a trackday, so you are only allowed to overtake on the straights. If he is blatently holding somebody up (i have had the same infuriating treatment) then he should move over and let them passed. Sure as hell i wouldnt be getting in his way, i'd be too far infront.

The straight line hero's are what spoil trackdays, and its one of the reasons i started racing.

[8|] the guy in the race car behind me was very good , audi drivers and non roadcar driver you try 1700kg

So I take it you were the guy behind him?

no, but i have been in the past, thought i would jump on the bandwagon

Mr RACING MAN WHY not try your racing skills to pass him its not hard .. ok hes got a bit more power which he puts to good use but on corners hes carrying a lot more weight and old suspension & he drives the wheels of it . Ive had a go in this car and believe me its hard work pushing it on.... all credit to him ... just wait till he gets more power ..new suspension race set up &reduces weight to 1325kgs and lastly BIGGER brakes & slicks then will YOU hold him up MR Racing man or whoever you are ..G

Your kind of missing the point of trackdays. If you and him dont mind me coming past on the corners then i will. Just dont cry about when you go off.

Gordon - stop sitting on the fence and say what you really mean.....

I don't think the evo/scoobie driver behind Greg is a forum member, racyman is just commenting, what kind of Porsche do you have racyman ?

Trackdays ... FUN ..NO CONTACT... OBEY TRACK RULES SET BY CIRCUIT ..NO TIMING not a RACE day anyway what do you drive or are you tooo shy to tell ?????

I guess it would be interesting to find out the lap times as the Video clip shows the EVO catching the Turbo but the turbo leaves it along the straights???.

So the question is, would the Turbo re-overtake the Evo along the straights if the Evo did get passed around the corners?.
