Just thought you'd like to read the email I received from Peter Young, who for the past 3-4 months has been the proud owner of my old SC. Peter bought my car in the Spring and took it to France where he lives and now enters it into Classic Rallies along with his other cars including a Marcos.
Congratulations Peter, and I hope you don't mind me posting news of your success and photo here.

Richard,
You may be interested to learn that your old car won it's first event a few
days ago. We won outright the "Trois Epis - Munster" rally. Not an
internationally famed event but one that attracted crews from six countries,
some of whom are well-known rallyists with highly sophisticated equipment.
Picture shows trophy on the targa roof.
The car was also entered for an 8 km mountain climb and came above half-way
out of over 100 starters. On the same climb my Marcos is 35 seconds
quicker. The SC setup is not good for hairpinning but still fun.
