We've organised a Rally Driving Half Day on Sunday 7th November.
The location will be Silverstone Autosport and Rally School.
The day will start at 11am finishes at 4pm.
The discounted rate will be £125 each which is very good value (normally £160 including hot seat ride).
We will be driving Mk2 Ford Escort rally cars, the full itinery is below.

- 11am Start to the day
"" Introduction to the day's instructors, informal lecture on the basic principles of rally driving techniques and car control delivered by our qualified instructors in our purpose built training room.

- Practice 1
"" Power sliding, after a short demonstration by your instructor, each delegate will in turn take the driving seat and practice the basic "sideways" control using manoeuvres that co-ordinate power and steering balance.

- Hot Seat Ride
"" Change seats and allow your instructor to demonstrate the rally techniques at authentic speeds, prepare to be "wowed".

- Practice 2
"" Handbrake turns, again following a short demonstration, each pupil practices handbrake turns, hard cornering and car positioning techniques through a sequence of tight corners on our special stage.

- Practice 3
"" Another driving session where the two techniques above are combined and reinforced with surprising results!!

- Full Circuit
"" Drive the full loose surface rally special stage with your instructor talking you through from the co-drivers seat

- Debrief- the instructor summarises the morning activities giving advice and distributing the rally school certificates.
