Hello could some one please help me , im going to change the door cards on my 924 turbo and have been told that the door cards of a 944 are the same and will go straight on but before i part with the cash does anyone know if this is true as i dont want to waste my money finding out the hard way thanks Seb

If they look similar then theyre identical. If they look different, with window switch apetures which are radiused, then theyll fit the door and the door will close, but their cutout wont match the dashboard.

One other thing to watch out for is speaker apeture. I tried and early (pre 85) 944 door card on a 924 turbo door to discover solid metal where the 944 speaker should have fitted. Never had the 924 turbo door card, so don't know where the speaker is, if there is one. I had ane easy route... I changed the entire door[:)]

..and if anyone has taken off pasha (psychadelic squares) pattern early doorcards without speaker holes, I'll buy them [:)]

After I had someone drive into the side of my S2 Turbo I fitted a door from a 944 using my old door card.
That should answer your question.

They should be black and white! Id not get my hopes up, because Pasha hadnt worn well when I used to do a lot with the cars 10-15 years ago: now its mostly fit for the bin.
