924 Anniversary

There are two events coming up in Oxfordshire which will be providing 924 parking areas, although both are open to all Porsches.

In a few weeks on May 22^nd there is the 9^th Bicester Heritage Sunday Brunch Scramble. Booking details are within the link.

Later in the year on August 21^st is the Charity Classic & Performance Porsche Show at Garth Park, also in Bicester.

Hope you don't mind me mentioning this:
There may still be some places available at Cleeve Rotary Club's Prescott Classic. At R19 we've been doing this for years. This year, as the organisers like to mark notable anniversaries, I've written a note for the programme about 40years of Transaxle Porsches. Last year they celebrated the Honda NSX. It's a charity event, of course...they raised c.£20k last year.

We have 17 Porsches, including my 944S2 (see my avatar photo, taken on the Hill) and a 968, but no 924s.

It's on Sunday May 15th, paddock parking and 2 runs up the Hill for a contribution of £50.

Most of the 924 fraternity will be at the now sold out Porsche Experience Centre, Silverstone event on the Saturday 21st May https://porsche924.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=109&t=24905 . Any of us who haven't blown our engines up on the dyno on Sunday morning may well drop by the Bicester Scramble later in the day
