924 display at PCGB Main Event "" The Silverstone Classic[/b]

"I have been asked to find 3 Porsche 924 models (a 2.0, "˜S' and Turbo model) to be included in the 60 model line up of Porsche cars to celebrate 60 years of the Porsche Car at this years Silverstone Classic meeting.[/i]

We would like the cars that are selected to be on display for the three days of the show, that is Friday 25th, Saturday 26th, and Sunday 27th July this year. [/i]
If not available for the three days then we will require similar models to replace those missing those days.[/i]

Will you by means of your Register Report in the next edition of Porsche Post ask your members to make themselves known to you or to me or to the new Events Assistant Narinda Webb in Club Office on 01608 652911, (e-mail to events@porscheclubgb.com) so we can begin to build up a list from which to select the 924 cars and some reserves.[/i]

This years Silverstone Classic event is featured on page 15 in the March Porsche Post and the application forms will be available in next months edition so things are beginning to happen.[/i]
