I realise there already is a brakes question on here but i have a 1981 924 Turbo and the brake system is in need of some good TLC i have been recomended to fit goodridge brake hoses which i see are easy go get hold of just wondering if anyone could recomend any places for the rest of the parts?
Parts needed:
Servo which i cant seem to get hold of.
Master cylinder which the only ones i can find have two switches in the bottom for pressure lights sensors but mine dosent have them on currently so one without these would be good or would it matter if the switches are in there?
and a fluid resevoir with a cap which has the low fluid warning switch in the top.
if anyone could help me with these parts thank you
Chris

Right, i have the Brake pipes the Brake Master cylinder and the resevoir thanks to design 911 but no where seems to stock the booster, ate the original equipment website say they are not listing it.
dose anyone have a new one or good condition one for a 1981 924 Turbo?

Chris

Hi still no luck with the booster

dose anyone know if the later 924 s versions of the booster will fit?
getting desperate now would really like t osource a new one before rebuilding the brakes
Please help
thanks chris

thats interesting so if i had discs all round from a 924 turbo i could use my exsisting master cylinder and brake lines on my n/a

yes but give them a good checking as they are prone to rust and make sure to look where the pipe's go over the torsion bars. You may as well change the rubber pipes as well as the rest of your new brakes

After 4 months of searching i am still unable to find a new brake servo for this car i have all the other parts dose anyone know if later 924 servos will fit the 924 turbo?

Chris

The early PET shows the 924 Turbo brake booster is a 928 part - 928 355 023. Later PET shows a generic 477 part number of 477 612 107 which is listed for 924, turbo and CGT.
