Hi There
i wondered if anyone could help me with my clutch problem?
i have had my car for 3 years and its been standing all that time and now the clutch is stuck at the floor
is there an easy way to try and free this?

any help would be greatfully received

i have been converting the body to 924 carrera gt and have the 944 front end on it with the moulded rear arches still to fit, i have a set of genuine fuch alloys to fit with 7" rear and 6" fronts and they look really good
the car has been standing but i started the car back in december and it started first turn of the key.

thanks in advance for any info

You'll get a better response if you post this on the 924 forum.

It's unusual for a clutch to seize in the dis-engaged position, was someting resting on the pedal? Is it an hydraulic system on the 924? If so has the fluid maybe just leaked out during the lay-up?

Seconded. [:)]

If it's the same as the 944, I'd guess it is as it's the same engine etc., it's likely to be the fluid leaked out of master or slave cylinders or the connecting pipes.
