924s idle speed adjustment

Can anyone help me with adjusting my '86 S's tickover speed please? After cleaning the throttle body out with carb cleaner it now runs 400 rpm faster than it should do at idle. Haynes manuals just say take it to a specialist but i'm sure there's one or two around here somewhere!

select 'garage shop manual' then it's under 'I' for idle speed adjustment. The diagnostic plug is on the passenger side wheel arch, between the battery and the shock absorber top. Should have a rubber cover which hinges out. Reason for making the bridgin connection is to prevent the idle control valve from moving. You then reset the throttle plate opening to get the nominal speed correct. Simple job once you know how!
