924S rear valance spoiler

My 924S came from Porsche with a 944T style lower valance "wing" "diffuser". No matter how hard I look in PET, I can't find a part number.

Anyone know if these had a separate "M" option number? or were they fitted to 1988 cars only?

Are you absolutely certain Sean? I ask because as far as Im aware rubberoid spats were all that was available; and my involvement with the cars goes back to 1991.

Reasonably: I mean the thing below the bumper, covering the rear wheel bulb with a wing-type structure. A lot of the late 924S came with a front convex PU and this rear spoiler (As per last month's "911 & Cayenne World" buyer's guide), and I'm pretty sure these are factory: I have seen these on pics of 2.7 L 924S prototypes. Not inconceivable that Porche would "disguise" these using aftermarket parts, of course.

This goes to show that youre constantly learning... I will try to find the 911 comic article, although Im sceptical of anything I see there...[:D]
