924S window problem

Both windows suddenly failed to operate on my 924s.As I previous I opened and cleaned the switches NOTHING! I have circuit dia. for both the 924 and 944 showing a relay, but was told by the tech. guys that there is no relay!
So went through Fuse block/ Relay block and Secondary fuse block, same -ve result.So took drivers side kick panel off,unpluged red connecter checked continuity to door switches ..Then traced the loom (main cables Red/blue.Red/white) across the back of the dash to a relay(tucked up under dash by the Radio relay) 944.615.112.01 marked Fensterheber(window raiser) replaced this and now have operating windows Also at the same time traced Red power cable from this Relay to no. 2 fuse on secondary fuse block : Hope this is useful and saves someone else many frustrating hours of investigation.
