Is it safe to use a 1 bar boost upgrade if driven sensebly
And why would you want 1 bar boost if you are going to drive it sensibly ?

I've fitted the header kit supplied by 9m racing and very pleased with the results. It's a replacement to heat exchangers and is supposed to reduce turbo lag and free up anything upto 40bhp...
http://www.9mracing.co.uk - you'll need to select parts then follow instructions to select 930 / model varient. It's under exhaust systems - oddly enough )
I've also got a 1bar spring if your interested. Wouldn't want much for it.
Now running 1.2b with a few extras thrown in for good measure...
Hope this helps

Don't want to start an arguement but... when I had them both, I thought my Turbo 2 was very similar off boost to my 3.2 - the 3.2 never really got going until (and I forget now as it's a while since I drove one) 4,200 rpm.
Get the Turbo going and it's bye bye to most things (even now)...
Cheers

Before I had my 3.2 I had a 911 sc these old cars pull like a train at the low and mid range ,My 930 is a 1979 it has no electric seats or locking and air con removed .you have get the hang of these 4 speed cars and not go changing up the box to soon .90 in second is great for overtaking I like the long gears it gains speed in one long rush.and you can keep hands on the wheel It makes my M3 feel tame cheers...
