930 3.3 Turbo's - Top End Rebuilds!

Hi All,

I'm still on the hunt for a 930 and have been told by a few people that after about 60K most require a top end rebuild! Is this true or a load of old bollax?

Reason for asking is that I've seen a nice 930 with 56K on the clock, it's had a gearbox rebuild and clutch, but no engine work as such.

I've not heard that rumour.
You should get in contact with Charles Marsland, the new 3.2 registry secretary. I know he has worked on loads of turbos and he'll give you his list of things to check for.
