930 Air Con fans problems

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direcion of instructions on how to maintain the fans on a 1987 930. I recently bought one and the three fans in it (one for ambient air and two for the air conditioning) are not working.

Since I've spent far too much getting other things fixed I was thinking of tinkering with what should be an easy job myself.

Any pointers would be much apreciated.
