930 flat nose with out history

Hi all, im looking to find out a bit more about a 930 flatnose ive got the reg which is D65 ffx and engine number which is 67h00209 a 1986 D reg its got 30k on the clock which looks rite with the condition of the car.
Can anyone find any information about this before i take the plung.

Why not get the old address on the logbook send a letter or if local pop over. The owner may still be there?
