Im interested in the red S2 on P924 too, although Rich hasnt replied to my on-forum question.

Sold for £1,120. I went up to one thousand pounds; but cant help wondering what the other fellow's maximum bid was...

Thanks Steve, Im currently talking to Rich about the car (not directly yet, but hopefully soon).

Whether the Alpine over Guards series one car was a bargain remains to be seen. If all was well with it, then it could well be. I suppose that you could get well over a third of the sale price for the trim, if it was as clean and undamaged as the vendor was suggesting.
