944 Body Panel Replacement

Does anyone know someone who sells front wings for a 944? I dont want to go to Bill Heaney because he has quoted me a huge amount. Does anyone know anywhere near Newcastle that could supply them or someone who can order one in without a phone number for a price tag please?

Porsche panels aren't cheap Simon, the only thing I could suggest is try Euro parts, not sure if they deal with original Porsche Panels but they will have pattern parts, some of which are ok but it would need treating as they aren't galvanized.
Failing that a good second hand one from Ebay, there are always ones on there. [:D]

Wings for your Lux should be available from a breaker or e-bay. The 8v cars don't have the same wings as an S2 or Turbo, and don't suffer the same rot at the bottoms.

New ones should not be more than £500 from an OPC, used considerably less. I'd personally rather get a decent one repaired than fit a pattern part - they won't fit and won't last....[8|]

Phone Micheal French at the OPC (Parts Manager Newcastle) they are giving good discount for older cars

Does anyone know anyone who would patch it up. (cut the rust out and put a new piece of metal behind it and fill it and spray it.) Still no joy for a new one
