Hi Folks
What size of wheels are available in the Design 90 style. To fit a 944S2...
Are there 6,s 7,s 8,s + 9,s / 16" available.?????

What were fitted to the S2 from the Factory. + what were fitted to the 250bhp Turbo [ Factory ].???

I got this wrong last time so I'm ready to be corrected but I think the S2 had 7" & 8". The last Turbos had 7.5" and 9". 6" is available but only came on the front of 964's.[FONT=verdana,geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]So, 6, 7, 7.5, 8 and 9 were all made. 7.5 and 9 are the rarest ones.[FONT=verdana, geneva"]

Sounds right to me Fen.

There's a set of Turbo Design90s for sale in the "for sale" section dooooown belooooow. [:)]

edit: quite a lot for sale at the mo, so to help you out - click HERE

Ta Folks..
Ok so im now after a pair of 9"/16 rears then...
Anybody with a pair "lying round" + getting in the way.???? Money waiting for the right pair...
Ive already got a set of 6,s + 8,s.!!!!!!!!!!!

Dave, one thing to note is that you can fit 245 rears to an 8" wheel (its the widest recommend fitting), so unless you have found an exotic 16" track tyre that is wider than 245 I would stick with the 8s.

They are lighter than 9s after all [;)]

I've got a set of standard Design 90's (original factory fitting) from my S2 Cabriolet, however they do need refurbishing. I can get the part numbers of the rims if you need them.

Paul can you get 255/16" tyres in "road" pattern ,,?? or can you get 255,s in slicks.???
Big les
Can you find out what youve got..I "might" be interested....

Wow - 265 track tyres on a 16 inch wheel at a reasonable price []

Trouble is, that at a 45 ratio the treadwall would be 1 cm taller than the 245/45s.

OK folks
Had a rethink ....[8|]
Im NOW after a pair of 8/16" design 90,s......
Anybody got a pair "spare".....
