Morning All

I’m restoring/refurbing my 944 S2 and could do with being able to prod around a decent car near the Harrogate area if there is anyone nearby? I’m not massively familiar with them from underneath and trying to work out which bits of mine have and haven’t been bodged previously!


Specifically around the rear of the outer sill into the rear wing. I also have a hose running under the passenger side of the car that I’ve yet to work out what it is?

You might like to have a chat with the guys at RPM Knaresborough, they are a helpful and very knowledgeable guys, if they have a 944 around, I'm sure they would give you a quick look underneath.

Hi Greg,

i am in Whixley.
My 944 is a cabriolet so maybe a little different to yours but I have a dry garage your welcome to lie on the floor of and lots of 944 referenc manuals.

Hi Greg, if your passing Sheffield any time and still need answers I'm just off the M1 at J33. I have a dry garage and very happy for you to take a look under the car. No guarantee that mine is also all original of course!! :ROFLMAO: I've owned mine for 12 years now so am pretty familiar with it all.
