944 in Orchard

Morning All,
I`ve found an 85 2.5 lux, front accident damaged, left-hand drive in an orchard here in sunny Sussex. I have tracked down the owner who brought it here from France, and owned it since `91. 161k miles on clock, some paperwork from services in Switzerland and Guernsey. I`m thinking of a project, the best offer he has had is £300. Badge panel, windscreen, bonnet all written off, alternator, radiator and bits in the boot. Tyres worn out, apart from that...really good(tongue in cheek).
What d`you all think?

Worth buying to break up for parts,i bought a simillar car last year and got 3 times more in bits than i would have got selling it as a full car !!!

I concur. Not sure if I'd fix it, but worth it to break.

If you do fix it you can have my steel bonnet FoC (if you collect) if that helps. They don't fit in the back of the hearse and I had to collect by fibreglass one using my roof bars.

Cheers Fen et al, I`ll play a waiting game, maybe get it FOC, just to get it out of the guys hands.
