I would like to show a couple of pictures of my 86 944 turbo that i have just got,but cant work out how to upload them.
Help!
Andrew

Hi Andrew,
If they're not too large then you can attach them to a reply, one picture per post. At the bottom of the reply window there's a 'File' heading with 'click here to upload' it'll open a browser so you can find the picture you want. Putting a tick in the 'embed picture in post' will give you a small preview at the bottom of the email. If it warns you that the file is too large we'll have to host the images elsewhere and link to them or resize them.

Right click on the photo in explorer - select "resize pictures", then click "medium" - that should do the trick

Andy
just go to photobucket http://photobucket.com/clickhere
register to join and you can upload all your photos to photobucket who will host them for you free. You just click on IMG under the photo and paste it into your text in your post and the photo should appear. Its really easy and we'll help with any questions.
Give it a try

To add my voice to the fray ... come on Andy! We want to see your car - sad as it sounds, we like looking at 944's!

Let us know how we can help with posting the piccies.

Go to this page and download `microsoft image resizer`

Enables single or multiple photos to be resized with a single click, superb bit of software, I use it frequently.

Pictures at last. Thanks for the help!

Well worth looking at too ... lovely car.

(Paul - have you looked out of the window today? Bright blue skies all day over London!)

Thanks for the replys. The sun was actually shining today!
Plans for the car:
Keep it looking standard.I like the look of a 944 on 16 inch rims(especially an 86,with the non abs offset rims)so no cup alloys on it!
Might be tempted to increase the hp of the car( i owned a 82 930 and did enjoy the 300 hp it had!).Thing is i know once i start looking for more power it is a slippery slope to spending a lot of cash!
My last Porsche was a 3.2 Carrera, but every time i sell a 944 and buy a 911,i allways end up back with a 944 turbo again,so i think i will keep this one for a long time!
