I have come across this S2 , does anyone know if Porsche offered a different variation of the 944 S2 in Greece or has this 944 S2 just been stickered up ? Has the 968 handles and the cup mirrors , pic's of the engine seems to have the 968 Vario Cam system ! Strange but looks well

Just badged up is my guess. There was a LHD only CS version that Thom has mentioned before, but the decal was on the wing and totally different. I'm pretty sure that's just an S2 engine with the cam cover painted - it has the AFM rather than MAF and the cam cover is significantly different on the 968. Lots of the rest of the car is altered so probably the handles and mirrors have been swapped. It doesn't have a ClubSport feel to the interior either, and I think with those lights it's possibly a US spec car.

Well, I initially thought that the CS thing was a (rare) 16V-car feature only, but it seems only a handful of 944 S came with it as full track cars. To my knowledge there was no 944 S2 CS ... except my 944 S2 CS Limo of course [:)]
