944 S2 replacement suspension

I've recently purchased my first ever Porsche. It's a '91 Cobalt Blue 944 S2 with 122k on the clock 6 owners from new. Running well, but a little soft - still running the original suspension so could probably do with replacing the front shock inserts and the rears while I'm about it. Could someone give me a little advice on recomedations for replacements? Is Koni the way to go??

This question comes up what seems like weekly (probably realistically every 2 or 3 weeks - it IS that often. Searching recent posts will get you lots of views more quickly than waiting for people to respond to this thread.
