944 Turbo at auction on Sat, estimate 5 to 6k

This is nothing to do with me but if anyone is interested it's due to go on this Sat or next Sat I believe.

Might be worth it at that money? I'm guessing most on here would have to bid remotely.

This car is local to me. it's been at a couple of shows that I've been to over the summer. The paint is a ford colour and its very very bright. Its owned by a dealer and I cant understand why he's putting it through the auction as he recons its worth 10K.The can can leather is nice.

I saw this today and took some pics of the sills.. would you like to see them? (or would that be out of order?)

It made £6200.. not sure if it made reserve though...

The car actually looked not bad, looks like a half decnt respray but as above, very bright white. Why go to that trouble of a nice paint job and not repair the sills though? There is not much left of them at all.. The hockey sticks are bonded on, the under sills trims (unique to the S2 and T) still clinging on, but much of the metal work has corroded away.. Probably this is why it didn't make very much in the sale.

You'll need to look sideways im afraid (they uploaded that way(?))
