Hi Folks. I was offered an 88 turbo today for not bad money,However I only want to take a few bits off of it.The body needs sills doing although all the panels are there to do it.The engine seems to be good and the suspension etc is ok. Full black leather interior (not sport seats). would any one be interested in it with d90 wheels.I only want the wheels that are on it. If you are then I am in Ayr and the car is at the garage I rent space from.If Interested the please pm me or give me a call. The car belongs to a customer of my friends but he is selling due to wanting to buy equipement for his work.

I think it deserves better than that. It would make a nice car, just needs a bit of tlc and welding. If I had the spare cash I would buy it myself and do it up. But I already have a project on the go and I don't think my other half would be happy if I took on another on.My friends at the garage did say they would do the welding to the car,but even at that I would struggle to justify doing bit for myself. So I gues it will be someone elses project.

I totally agree with you ! , they should all be saved but in this climate when you can get a sound one for 2,500 to 3,000 with high miles , who but a saint or a real mad enthusiast
( yes I know a few are here) would buy one that needs sills doing etc or even god forbid a respray ? , sadly its a scrappers paradise. Lovely though it is to have money to throw at a car not many folk have now , except the bankers lol

Thge owner has decided to get bthe work done to it and then sell the car.It will be having sill done and painted, the rest of the car only needs a good clean and a polish. It will be wearing a set of 18 inch 996 gt3 wheels White body and black leather interior. It is a nice car and I am glad he has seen sense and done it this way rather than breaking it or selling as a project. It will be a good car for someone when it is done. But I supose the price will increase a fair bit probs in the region of 3.5-4k when its done.
