Hi here we go again , Think I have head gasket issues temperature is hot and the radiator water is coming out of the overflow pipe on header tank flushed the hoses seemed to be ok am I right in thinking it is the head gasket , there is no smoke or white grunge on oil not miss firing any suggestion please

It could be but it could be locally overheating because it is airlocked. Id drain the coolant and then refill it from a measured container. Pay close attention to the quantity of water that you get in. If its less than the stated coolant capacity then it could be that. It isn't an uncommon problem.

If it is the head gasket then a pressurised cooling system should be easy enough to diagnose for certain, using an MOT exhaust probe in the header tank.

You could try filling the expansion tank and then running the engine with the cap off. If you see bubbles coming out at regular intervals that would indicate head gasket failure. I have diagnosed head gasket failures on a couple of cars in this way.
