Hi guys

Just chwcking with those here who have ordered a trigger from this company. I myself have ordered triggers from them with no issues, my problem is thst I ordered a trigger for the right hand, ie our drivers door. I have received the ttigger for the left, now is this because they view the car from the front or have they sent me the wrong item? As stated I have ordered triggers from this company before and have not had this problem, since I would always treat choosing a side as that when viewed from behind ( the proper English wsy) then I can only assume that 944pnline do the same and have simply sent me the wrong side? BTW..there is nothing on their site to point out how they view a car
Has anyone else had this problem?

TIA

Pete

Sometimes suppliers go above and beyond the call of duty. Ian at 944online has done that today.

He replied very promptly, must have been one of the first things he did when starting work this morning. He asked if I could send a photo of the part received which I did straight away. He immediately came back apollogizing for the error informing me that a replacement was being sent out today. A minute or two later I received the DHL tracking details.

A fantastic service and not without cost to the vendor considering the price of express delivery across the pond and of course the wrongly sent part.

Well done to 944online and Ian....??
