Hi All,
Good news my 944S is now running like a dream thanks to autostrasse, the boys sorted all my problems AND put right those errors from the former owners mechanic ! I think it best that he stays with fords !![] Example: plastic cambelt tensioner not changed for metal one, cambelt to tight, tensioner tighten the wrong way ! throttle cable to tight therefore not making idle microswitch making idle erratic, fiddled inside airflow meter to adjust mixture!![] Which resulted in me having to get a secondhand unit. So the moral of the story if you have got a Porsche then take it to those that know and not those that THINK they know!!!![]
