964 cabrio - prices?

I am thinking of maybe buying a 964 cabrio in the next 6 months. Can anyone give me an indication of values / how much to pay for LHD & RHD cars?

Thanks

If you're looking to import one from the mainland, I don't see much difference in buying a LHD on that's already registered in the UK. I paid 21,500Euro (£14,500) for mine 18mths ago. It's a 1990 C4 Cabrio and had just 84000kms on it, but with a 'lost' service history. The car's sound with no sign of every having serious damage, but it's had paint all over (well done though). The UK LHD cars I see in 911 & Porsche World are from 13>18 in the mainstream, with the cabs holding a little more value. Over here, 20,000Eur will buy you a good car, and 25,000 for a very good one. Check out www.mobile.de for an idea, as well as the autotrader website in the UK. Should give you a broad idea of what's available at what price.
Happy hunting,

Jon

Sorry to be cheeky but, I may be selling my C4 cab if you're intested? I'm not looking for silly money for it either £15k, it's Marine blue with a blue roof and cream and blue leather int, it has fpsh 102k.

Thanks,

Ant. P.S.it's right hand drive.

P.S. I'm in Wigan near Bolton.

right car, wrong time [8|] , doesn't that always happen

964 cabrio purchase is on hold while I finish building my 1966 200 bhp cabrio beetle. I'll be looking for either a 964 cab or a 356 next year hopefully
