Please does anyone know where I can get the material to recover the rear shelf please
on a 964 Turbo

[FONT=Verdana"]Very simple....just a couple of obvious self tapping screws on either side behind the seat backs. Rear wiper is no problem. Don't forget the speaker cables.

Can't remember what the deal is with the seat belts - might need to unbolt the lower end (by the seat squab) if you want to take the shelf completely out of the car.[FONT=verdana,geneva"]
 
nwates99....Did you ever get this done. I have the same issue and if you bought a big roll then maybe you have some surplus that you would like to sell on!!
 
there are a couple of tricks getting the shelf out. the little screws already mentioned of course. the you need to lift a couple inches to clear a latch in the lower centre of the vertical section. then pull firmly horizontally, if the shelf hasnt been removed before then twist left and right a bit as you pull to seperate from the foam pad that sits under shelf back by the window , took me a couple of attempts to be brave enough to apply the required force. to get it all the way out you'll need to undo the end of the seat belt from the transmission tunnel.
