It's so frustrating to find a good car... I want a 964 or 993 RS CS, preferably a 993 and just can't seem to find any priced half decently or half decent cars....
Anyway, do you have any knowledge about bolted vs welded cages? My 993 supercup (which of course I should have NEVER sold) was such a nice car to play with. I miss it so much!!! The worst is that I have a modena in the garage and just can't find her interesting at all!!!

I thought that car was too cheap. Doesn't mobile.de have some cup cars for sale?

regarding time difference - as its a mates RS I never pushed it - but theres no difference on track between us usually - thats probably me being rubbish & my mate being good however...
RE the difference on the road - I'd take a std RS any day if it was'nt for my roll cage fetish []
Also JM please consider what you want to do with it. There are more important differences bewteen a 993 Cup and a 993 RS Clubsport than there is between a 993 RS Clubsport and an RS. Mechanically Clubsports and RS's are pretty much the same. Apart from the obvious visual differences inside and out, the rest is pretty much standard RS without the dual mass flywheel.
Cup cars also have no heating system at all (basic fresh air fan provided for demisting), no hand brake, engine and gearbox are mounted with solid bearing mounts and trasmit lots of noise into the cabin (even more than usual), solid tappets, cup cam shafts, no vario ram, different ECU, mapped off throttle position I believe, cage is slightly different with door cross bars instead of single, and more I'm probably not aware of.
