Saw this advertised, red 964RS going through Anglia Car Auction on 02 June, for anyone that's in the market for one....
Not much detail about it though.

Ah, the Bilstein one. Was offered via John Glynn a while ago. IIRC, was owned by Bilstein since new for Walter Rohl and others to do a lot of suspension work. Its still featured on the website. John was trying to sell for £55000 in 2010.

Not sure whether it did sell.

Back then it had original panels, never crashed, not mint but in very very good condition.

Its still photographed on the bilstein Germany website.

Regards,

Bert

Without original engine or gearbox (now engine out of a C2 but numbers removed), no mag wheels, paint all over and lots of repairs.. some poor looking at the report.

I expect the buyer would have known as the auction house were happy to send out a Peter Morgan report to anyone who enquired and highlighted in their desription that the report was available.
All the question marks over this car were brought up in the report.

It could be the Rohrl association that makes it a "special" RS. There is little doubt that this one was driven as intended. In the land of collectors and garage queens, this makes it special indeed [:D][:D][:D]

Way too much money for that particular car imho.

Wow, thats astounding for half an RS!

964RS Values are shooting up as we speak, Wallet Rollbar once touched my RS and left some DNA on the wing mirror[:D]

Don't need CSI to identify his mark on mine...
