Hello All!

Wondered if anyone can help with the following questions on the 964 RS :-

1) What alloys did the car come as standard with? were there any other wheel options?
2) What style of seats did the car come with as standard? were there any other options?
3) What were the exterior colour choices?
4) What were the interior colour choices?

Cheers in Advance

Dave

Alloys were 7.5x17, 9x17 magnesium cup 1's
Seats were Recaro hard backs - std seats an option in the touring version
Exterior colours guards red, maritime blue, midnight blue black, GP white, polar silver amethyst, rubystone for second series yellow & mint green were added - or any colour you wanted at extra cost!
Interiors were described as guards red, ruby red and maritime blue - actually describes the belts, door pulls and rear panel graphic, everything else is black with two tone grey, red or blue seat panels, n/gt had plain black recaros.

more info in 15yr book or Adrian Streathers Enthusiast companion.

Cheers for the info. So the "Touring Pack" was basically a comfort version? normal seats, air con?

Updated my email!

I believe that air-con was an option on the Touring, apparently of the 7 UK RHD Tourings in the UK only 1 has air-con. Similarly not all Tourings have a sun-roof, nor do they all have headlamp washers.

As far as I'm aware the 'standard Touring' items are:
electric 'Comfort' seats
electric windows
electric mirrors
padded door cards
padded trim (to match door cards) in rear window/parcel shelf area - I think the RSL is carpeted in this area - with the RS logo enscripted in to the carpet

cheers

Mine has got the electrical cut-out and air con, but no headlamp washers or sun roof.
