964's at Silverstone: Weekend of July 25, 26 & 27.

Porsche Club GB Cars will be hosting a special Porsche display for the 60th Anniversary of Porsche at the Silverstone Classic 08.

60 Porsche will be on show and two 964's are needed for the special display over the 3 days.

Ideally the same two cars, but could split if we can't achieve that - but we will need to have the same models rather than really mix things up. The two models needed are:

1. Carrera 2, either a Coupe or Cabrio
2. Carrera 4, either a Targa, Cabrio or Coupe

The Silverstone Classic meeting is over the weekend of July 25, 26 & 27.

If you are interested please let me know and/or look for the request in this months PPost (and application forms etc).

I've just ordered a pair of 3 day passes including a display car pass (for the grand sum of £36) so I could offer my car although I suspect it might not be as "original" as some might like it to be!!! I suspect I'll probably go on the Saturday and Sunday but the Friday might be dependent on the calls of business. Bear it in mind if you have no other takers.
