Right o. After getting the rear Konies I am looking to get the 968 M030 ARBs for the black beautiy. What if any other parts need/should be replaced when doing the ARBs. Will be fitting these myself during the winter layoff fun and games. Has anyone fitted them? Anything to lookout for and how do they perform?
~cheers

This is a list of everything you need:

> 944-343-706-30 Front Bar, 30mm, hollow
> 944-333-701-01 Rear Bar, 19mm, solid
> 951-343-794-05 Front Bar Inner Bushings (2 ea)
> 951-343-793-31 Front Bar Outer Bushings (2 ea)
> 951-343-795-01 Front Drop-Link Donut Bushings (4 ea)
> 964-333-792-00 Rear Bar Bushings (2 ea)
> N-012-449-1 Front Bar End Circlip (2 ea)

Adrian at Exeter probably has this set up on a standard invoice by now [:D] and as Fen says will sell the lot at £330 inc vat and delivery.

I want to buy these at some point over the winter and so does Davyboy Malings so I don't know if we could get a bit more discount if we all ordered together?

If it's over the winter then I might be in too. If it's in November then I'd better wait to make sure I have all the oily bits taken care of before I commit.

Not sure that OPCs do group buys anyway [:D]

20mm (944) Part No 477 511 415

You could well have a 20mm rear ARB but the 968 one is adjustable. It has three settings and, I assume, the hardest provides greater leverage than a standard 20mm. Mine is currently set in the middle and the back end is more than wayward enough without making it harder.

Hi 030 fans....

I did a group buy earlier this year over on 968uk.com,+ got a good deal from Sunset Porsche in the US.
It came complete with all necessary bits to do the complete job + each package of ARBs were shipped to separate addresses,,
Over all a good service at the right price......

Check out the previous threads over on www.968uk.com

I also put together a buy on some KLA ARB stiffener brackets which controls the front ARB ...+ some rear drop links from the same[KLA] + some strutt braces...

Over all a big saving was had buy all........

Looks like thay can be had from the op for similar money as the group buy.

What are they like to fit, I know that some cars ARBs can be a bit of a handful to get on requiring significant tension.

Anyone know the script on getting the fronts refurbed, costs and who would be able to do it?

I think I will get the ARBs just before Christmas, get the wife to wrap them up for me [:D]

What are they like to fit

1h30 front and rear with a decent car jack.
That was with Delrin bushes ; it might take more time and a good deal of vaseline with rubber bushes.
