968 Cab Wanted - Possible Swop For Coupe

I've had the itch for a cabriolet for many years, considered a Boxster and a 996 cab, but have decided I'd like a 968 cab - but it has to be right!

Has to be tiptronic, interior cannot be black (SWMBO's rules!). Preference would be Guards Red (like my first 3 Porsche's) and with A/c, plus of course we'd like low mileage and decent history (not asking for much, I know).

Should owner of said cab be interested, I have a coupe to part with - Guards Red tip, 62k miles, full history file from original purchase order onwards. She's not quite pristine, but not far from it! Featured in the PCGB Porsche and Polo 968 display 18 months ago.

Fingers crossed!

Bump.

I've seen one so far, very nice in lots of ways but not completely right, so I'm still looking.

Anyone out there want to part with a tip cab?

Update - I've found my cabriolet, will not collect it for a week or two, but have to keep my coupe until after Le Mans - I can't fit the camping gear into the cab, and can hardly turn up at the Porsche International Village campsite, as a PCGB member and 968 owner - in a Merc!

There are also a couple of things I'd like to get done before I part with my coupe - I'd like her to be close to perfect for the new owner. There are a couple of minor blemishes on the bodywork, plus she will need a service and MoT after Le Mans.

So, if anyone would be interested in buying "My Baby" in June, please get in touch.

Update :

Car is booked into JRM in Rye to have the 3 minor bodywork blemishes properly sorted Mon 9th May (they want the car for 4 days!). Once she's back, I may get brave and pull the sill covers to replace the other 3 seals (front NS short sill cover and seal being replaced by JRM - she'll finally be rid of the scar the first owner put on her!).

On the down side, looks like the sunroof gears stripped when I went to open the sunroof this afternoon, so I have to order a few parts and play silly b's to fix it!
