968 Cup Car?

Dont think so.
Ive never seen or heard of one...But that doesnt mean there never was such a car...
There was a few cars that were made for the one make racing in 94-95 ish. But if they are considdered "cup" cars then hey....And if theres any still around....
Certainly not like the 964RS "cup" cars anyway...

Des check out the Spanish garage at Spa. They had a one make race series with modified CSs( I suppose you could call them Spanish Cups).

RS Turbo raced the RSRs in the ADAC 94 season.

They ran out of RSRs in 93 and offered the teams with less clout the RS turbos for racing.

If I were you I would invest in a nice LHD CS.

Kevin Eacock had an original race car body shell, factory fitted Matter cage and according to Porsche never road registered so such a car in some form definitely existed. I believe Kev used this body shell in the 968 turbo RS race car, or at least a blue 968 race car of some form. I can remember looking at it back last spring, it was based on a CS shell. Don't know any more I'm afraid about this factory 968 race car but Kev might know more so maybe a call to EMC is might shed some light on things.

Thanks ...... someone mentioned it to me at the NEC but wanted to check it out here. Did not want to leave any "Cup Cars" out of the impending celebrations...
