PPS in Farnham Surrey are holding an open day on Sat 14th May from 2pm until 4pm and the 968 CS restoration will be finished and on show. Several older cars will be there and also a lovely GT4 in Club Sport spec.

For those not familiar with PPS, they are one of the approved Porsche bodyshops and won part of the restoration competition last year with a 964 Targa.

No need to book, just turn up on the day if you can make it, I'll be there.

A quick reminder, the event is this Sat (14th) from 2 until 4pm. I've seen the car recently and it's looking fantastic, certainly worth a visit. Quick pic of the engine bay from last week. Cheers Rich

This is the year of the 968, met up with many Porsche enthusiasts at Premier panel Skills yesterday where the recently restored LHD 968 Club Sport was unveiled in the immaculate workshops to a round of applause. Richard will no doubt be showing his pics of the event , it seemed uncanny viewing what appeared to be a brand new 968 in all its glory the car of course is part of a factory incentive for UK specialists/Porsche dealers to participate in a competition and this red one is a peach, someone estimated it's value at seventy thousand, I'd be frightened to drive it at that value. Well done everyone and on to Derby to see another 968 receiving the same treatment. The restored cars are due to be displayed at Silverstone Classic in July.Ken Coad 968 REG SEC

A quick pic from the weekend, I will upload the rest to the gallery section of the 968 register this week...
