968 rear badge required

Hello all,
recent new owner of a White 968 3.0 trip tronic 1992.
Have had it for a couple months, and now time to do a few bits and pieces to it.
Can someone please advise where I can obtain the rear '968' badge from?

This appears to be missing which I did not notice at the time of purchase.

And any tips or things I should look out for when fixing it on?

Also, can anyone confirm if it should be black or chrome?

Thanks in advance,
Shaz

thanks for the douglas valley tip - have just sent them an email requesting a price for the rear badge and the centre console hinge set which I also require (my one is broken)

the box hinge from you local Porsche centre

I have a spare one (Badge) that could do with a bit of satin black, might consider selling

that is fantastic, the price is reasonable as well, (maybe a bit pricey for the badge), but cheaper than the Porsche shop. I am waiting for a call back from Douglas Valley - but he did not sound very promising on the phone.

Long shot ---- I have an aftermarket car stereo which came with the car...looking to replace that with something a bit more subtle / retro - is that something that could be purchased from the local Porsche centre? Or any advice pointing me in the right direction?

Ebay EU can be your friend for a retro radio - often to be seen, either from Germany or Lithuania but not cheap, think £150-250 or more!

that's up to date

Errrr,,,,,,,,,,not really, UK price update is 119 so I would think you are about 2 years behind!

I wish I hadn't thrown my old badge out now! []
I'm sure that I didn't pay anything like that amount for my new one from the OPC about 5 or 6 years ago.
