968 Wanted

Looking for good 968 or 968 sport as a replacement for my 964 I sold two years ago due to arrival of junior.

This will very much be a third car for weekend and holiday use - perhaps the odd European jaunt - LHD & Tip not a problem.

Car will need to have all relevant work done - Cam Belts, Chains etc done.

I have also posted this in the wanted forum and have made a recent addition to that thread!

The reason I am looking for a Sport or standard coupe is that I need the rear seats for our 3 year old - there seems to be a lot difference in pricing out there - They satrt at £6.5k for LHD up to £14K + for RHD CS's.

What would I need to pay for a good LHD 968 vs a good RHD 968.

Thats OK John. How is the 964 treating you?

Very nicely thanks, as after a year of work, I have finally just about licked it into shape. Much as I like the idiosyncratic nature of the 964, it must be admitted though that it highlights just what a damned good car the 968 is!

There is a key difference though. The 964 is a car I'm happy to drive either fast or slow ... slow means you can drift along and listen to that fabulous engine note. The 968 was a car I only ever enjoyed driving flat out. Fun, but licence threatening!

Cheers
