Corroded connection at the sensor inside the bumper? Not easy to access to check unfortunately...

Apart from taking Dave’s advice, can you not just turn off the sensors until you actually need them?

There's a button I think in the overhead console?

In the last days every time the car stops at lights etc the parking sensor on the nearside front outer goes off. Is there something I can do - I've already checked to see there is nothing obstructing it - or is it an expensive trip to the OPC? Anyone have ideas?

If they are difficult to access presume, as Jeff suggests, the best thing for the time being is to turn them off until needed and then, possibly, have them checked at the next service.

Have since looked it up in the manual how to de-activate. Thanks.
